Concord Auto Body was purchased in 1998. The owner, Brian Ross, has over 30 years experience in the auto body field. Having worked in a dealership for 15 years prior to opening Concord Auto Body, he has the experience needed to handle all of your collision needs. All of the shops’ staff are I-Car Platinum certified; recognized for achieving a high level of individual technical training.
Our facility is large enough to store all vehicles inside so there’s no need to worry about the safety of your vehicle while here at Concord Auto Body.
We have two Car-O-Liner frame machines with Cartronic Computerize measuring. A before and after data sheet is printed for every vehicle placed on the frame machine insuring correct frame repairs. We also have two paint booths for our refinishing needs. We use high quality Spies Hecker paint in all of our refinish procedures. We offer a lifetime workmanship warranty on all repairs made at Concord Auto Body. All parts used are warranted per the manufacturers warranty period.
We are a direct repair facility for several insurance companies, making your repair process as quick and easy as possible. We are glad to help with rental car arrangements to help get you back on your way again. All vehicles are washed, vacuumed and inspected before the owner is called insuring complete customer satisfaction. Concord Auto Body has received six National Customer Service Awards from Autochex.
